What is inside
-
1
Trades
One row per trade with drop-downs for market, direction, timeframe, setup and emotion. R multiple, planned risk-reward, outcome, balance and drawdown calculate themselves.
-
2
Statistics
A dashboard with twelve key figures, your equity curve and tables per month, setup, market, weekday and direction – plus "plan followed" versus "not followed".
-
3
Lists
Your own setups, markets and emotions. Whatever you change here shows up in the drop-downs and in the statistics right away.
How to get the most out of your journal
- Log every trade right after you close it – the bad ones too.
- Take a screenshot of the chart at entry and paste the link.
- After 20 to 30 trades, open the statistics: which setup really works for you?
- Compare "plan followed" with "not followed" – that is often where the biggest lever is.
